Session 02 · Wednesday, October 21
Own Your Front Door
Your Google Business Profile and local discovery. Make it easier for the right local customer to find you, trust you, and take the next step.
The work in the room
Audit it. Fix it. Bring back the number.
Work on the information a customer sees before they reach your homepage. Bring your laptop, your phone, and access to your business profile.
A scored front door
Audit what a local customer sees, using evidence from your real profile and customer path.
Three fixes, one live
Accuracy, relevance, trust or conversion. Make at least one improvement in the room, with a before and after.
A baseline
Record today's profile numbers, one primary customer action, and one leading indicator you control.
A 30-day commitment
Three dated actions, an owner, a partner, and the evidence you will bring back.
Before the session
Arrive ready to work.
- Write your Session 1 report-back and bring the artifact.
- Run the three front-door searches and screenshot what you find.
- Confirm who owns your profile and whether you have access.
- Bring your laptop and phone, both charged.
After the session
Keep improving for thirty days.
Complete a peer front-door test within ten days. Work through the weekly sprint, keep the evidence, and compare your numbers before the November 18 report-back.
Your workbook appears in the member portal when Anthony or Kim releases it to your cohort. The presentation follows the session and its separate facilitator release.
