The core object
Your Business Playbook
Everything you decide, produce, measure and learn, accumulating in one place organized around your business rather than around session dates. It starts empty on September 16.
Why it exists
Most business education leaves you with notes.
Notes are the wrong artifact. They record what someone said, not what you decided, and six months later you cannot tell which parts you acted on. The Playbook records the decision, the thing you made, the number it moved, and the feedback you got, all attached to each other.
Cumulative
It only ever grows. Session eight builds on what session one produced, because it is all in the same document.
Organized by business
Fourteen modules that match how a business actually works, not a syllabus. You will use it to find things.
Exportable
At the end, it exports as a polished operating document you could hand to a manager, a lender, or a buyer.
What each module holds
Seven things, every time.
The structure is identical in all fourteen modules, which is what makes the whole thing navigable a year later.
Decisions
What you chose, and what you chose against.
Plans
The sequence, with dates.
Completed templates
The workbook pages you filled in.
Supporting evidence
Screenshots, links, published assets, sent messages.
Metrics
Baselines and everything reported since.
Facilitator feedback
Attached to the decision it is about, not lost in a thread.
Revisions
What you changed, and when the evidence said to.
Lessons learned
In your words, written while it was still fresh.
Fourteen modules
The whole business, one page at a time.
You do not fill these in order and you will not fill them all. Each session adds to one or two of them, and the empty ones are as informative as the full ones.
Business Foundation
What the business is, who it serves, and what it refuses to do.
Customer Lifecycle
Every stage from stranger to advocate, mapped and owned.
DiscoverabilitySession 01
The nine channels, scored, with the two you chose and why.
Marketing and Conversion
What you publish, what it is meant to do, and what it did.
Sales
How a conversation becomes a customer, written down so it repeats.
Onboarding
The first thirty days a customer experiences, on purpose.
Service Delivery
The work itself, as a process rather than a performance.
Retention and Expansion
Why they stay and what else they need.
Advocacy and Referrals
Who sends you work, and what makes it easy for them.
Financial Stability
Pricing, margin, cash, and the numbers you steer by.
Operations
The systems that let the business run without you in every seat.
People and Leadership
Who does what, and what you have stopped doing yourself.
90-Day Plans
One page per sprint. What you chose, and what happened.
Results and Evidence
Baselines, reported numbers, and the artifacts behind them.
Session 01 opens Discoverability and Results and Evidence. Everything else stays empty until a session puts something in it, and nothing gets filled in for the sake of looking complete.
A year from now
An operating document, not a folder of PDFs.
Twelve sessions of decisions, evidence and reported numbers, exported as one document. The version most participants find useful is not the one they show anybody. It is the one they use to answer a question they used to guess at.
Yours either way

Founding run · no fee through March
It starts empty on September 16.
The first entry is the Session 01 workbook: nine channels scored, one chosen, three numbers, one dated action. Everything after that builds on it.
