How it works

One hour a month, then thirty days of doing the work.

Synergy Sessions is an implementation workspace with cohort accountability. The session is where you decide. The month is where it happens. The next session is where you say what it produced.

The loop

Every session runs the same five moves.

Nothing about the format changes month to month, only the topic. By the third session you stop thinking about the process and start thinking about your business.

01

Learn

Fifteen minutes on what changed and what it means for a business your size.

02

Decide

You choose, in the room, on paper. Not a list of options to consider later.

03

Apply

One action with a date on it, small enough to finish inside thirty days.

04

Prove

Evidence, not intentions. A screenshot, a link, a sent message, a published page.

05

Share

Ninety seconds to the room on what the number did, good month or bad.

The month between sessions

What the thirty days actually ask of you.

Roughly two hours a week, spent in your business rather than in a course. Most of it is the action you chose. Ten minutes of it is writing down numbers.

01

Within 48 hours

Fix any baseline number you had to estimate in the room. Estimating on day one is fine. Guessing at report-back is not.

02

Same day each week

Ten minutes with the tracker. Three numbers, and one line about what you actually did and what got in the way.

03

As you go

Drop evidence in the log while it exists. A month later you will not be able to find it.

04

Week five

Re-score the channels and read your final numbers against the baseline you set.

05

Before the next session

Write the three sentences you will say to the room. Ninety seconds has to be written to be that short.

06

Third Wednesday

Report back, hear what worked for other people, and decide what changes next.

Facilitator feedback attaches to the decision, artifact or metric it is about, so it does not get lost in a thread. You will hear from Anthony or Kimberly between sessions, not only during them.

Completion means implementation

You can attend everything and still not complete.

That is deliberate. If attendance counted as progress, the progress indicators would mean nothing, and the results we publish at the end of the founding run would be worth nothing either.

  1. 1Attend
  2. 2Apply
  3. 3Verify
  4. 4Measure
  5. 5Integrate

Attended

You were in the live working session.

Applied

You completed the assigned action.

Verified

You submitted the artifact.

Measured

You reported an appropriate number.

Integrated

The decision or asset is in your Playbook.

The room

Structured accountability, not a social feed.

Between sessions the cohort area takes five kinds of post, and every one of them attaches to a session, an assignment or a business objective. That constraint is what keeps it useful.

Win

Something completed or achieved.

Evidence

An artifact or a result.

Question

A specific implementation obstacle.

Commitment

What you will finish next.

Feedback

A defined thing for the room to review.

No open feed, no points, no leaderboards, no badges. Owners who know what each other committed to are a stronger mechanism than any of that.

What it costs, and when that changes

Open through March. Selective and paid from April.

The founding run is open through March to every owner willing to attend and do the work. The selective limit begins in April, when the program narrows to eighteen paid seats. Everyone still applies, because the room only works if people arrive ready to work.

Founding participants get first refusal

When the paid program opens in April, the people who did the work through the founding run are asked first. Coming now puts you under no obligation then.

Founding run · no fee through March

The first session is Wednesday, September 16.

Open to all willing participants through March, noon to one, at the Timber Real Estate office on Lake Tapps. The application takes about ten minutes; the eighteen-seat limit begins with the paid program in April.
