Two lenses, every session
Led by practitioners, not lecturers.
Anthony Smith and Kimberly Campbell run every session together. One leads the teaching. The other is the executive challenger, testing assumptions out loud and connecting the topic to what the business actually earns. They swap.

Anthony Smith
Business systems architect and founder of Corporate Synergy Solutions
“How do we operationalize this?”
Anthony's half of the room is about whether a thing can actually run. Not whether it is a good idea, whether it will still be happening in six weeks when the person who was excited about it is busy.
In the room, on
- Systems and operating models
- Customer lifecycle design
- Implementation and technology
- Automation that survives a busy week
- Turning ideas into repeatable process

Kimberly Campbell
Managing partner and financial operations practitioner
“How do we know it is producing a return?”
Kimberly spends her days inside other people's books, and marketing is the line item almost nobody can explain. Her half of the room is about the number, where it comes from, and who looks it up.
In the room, on
- Financial discipline and pricing
- Measurement and ROI
- Business viability
- Risk and accountability
- Connecting activity to financial outcome
Why two
Most business education answers one of those questions and skips the other.
You leave with a tactic and no way to tell whether it paid, or with a spreadsheet and no way to change the number. Neither is much use on a Monday.
Anthony asks
Can this run every week without you standing over it?
Kimberly asks
What did it produce, and how would you know?
Neither of them teaches every topic. For each session one is the lead facilitator and the other is the challenger, which is also why nobody in the room learns to hear one of them as the teacher and the other as the accountant.
How they show up between sessions
Feedback attached to the thing it is about.
Both facilitators can open your Playbook, leave a comment on a specific decision, artifact or metric, and mark an assignment verified. Feedback in a chat thread is gone within a week, and feedback attached to a decision is still there when you revisit it in March.
A note to anyone who left with an estimated baseline. One line: did you get the real number?
One question to the room. What is the number this week?
A call to anyone who has gone quiet. What got in the way is the whole call, not a scolding.
A reminder to re-score, read the final numbers, and write the three report-back sentences.
Brand architecture
Founder led, and built to outgrow its founders.
Synergy Sessions is created by Anthony and Kimberly, with the platform and methodology powered by Corporate Synergy Solutions. Future contributors join as Practitioner Partners or Session Leaders rather than automatically becoming additional founders.

Both of them read every application.
Not a form that disappears into a queue. Reading applications is how the room gets built, and how they know two businesses by name before anybody walks in.
