The founding run · Session 01 is Wednesday, September 16

Business education that becomes business execution.

One working hour a month with two practitioners and business owners ready to do the work. You leave each session with one decision made, one action dated, and the numbers to judge it by.

Learn it. Apply it. Measure it. Share what worked.

Completion means implementation

Attendance is not progress.

Attend

You showed up to the live working session.

Apply

You completed the assigned action in your business.

Verify

You submitted the artifact you produced.

Measure

You reported the number it moved.

Integrate

It lives in your Business Playbook.

You can attend every session and not complete the cohort. That is deliberate, and it is what will make the founding run's results worth reading.

First session · Discoverability Foundations

What the first hour actually looks like.

Fifteen minutes of teaching on how buyers find local businesses now that most searches end without a click. The rest of the hour you spend on your own business, in a workbook, with both facilitators working the room.

Why the map changed

Most Google searches now end without a click, and the AI answer sits in front of the links.

Score nine channels

Search, maps, reviews, referral, video, email, AI answers and measurement. Honestly, with evidence.

One channel, three metrics

One you control, one the channel reports, one the business feels. Each with a number written that day.

One action, one date

Signed, witnessed by the person next to you, and reported back on October 21.

What it costs, and when that changes

Open through March. Selective and paid from April.

The founding run stays open through March to every owner willing to attend and do the work. We are proving the format in public, with real businesses, before narrowing the paid program to eighteen seats in April. Everyone still applies, because the room only works if people arrive ready to work.

Now through March

Open

The founding run

Monthly sessions from September 16 through March, third Wednesday, no fee and open to all willing participants.

  • Every owner willing to attend and do the work is welcome
  • An application is still required, and still read
  • No fee for the founding sessions through March
  • No eighteen-seat cap during the founding run
  • Your Business Playbook is yours to keep either way

From April

Paid

The paid program

Eighteen selective, paid seats built on whatever the founding run proves. Pricing published in February.

  • Eighteen paid seats beginning in April
  • Selective intake, not open enrollment
  • Priced once there are real results behind it
  • Deeper facilitator time and evidence review
  • Founding participants get first refusal on a seat
  • Nothing is sold in the room before then, or after

Coming to the founding run puts you under no obligation in April. It does mean you will have the founding run's evidence to decide with, which is more than we will be able to offer anyone applying later.

The core object

Your Business Playbook

Fourteen modules that accumulate every decision, plan, template, artifact, metric and piece of facilitator feedback, organized around your business rather than around session dates. It starts empty on September 16 and grows one session at a time.

Two lenses, every session

Led by practitioners, not lecturers.

Business systems architect and founder of Corporate Synergy Solutions

“How do we operationalize this?”

  • Systems and operating models
  • Customer lifecycle design
  • Implementation and automation

Managing partner and financial operations practitioner

“How do we know it is producing a return?”

  • Financial discipline and pricing
  • Measurement and ROI
  • Risk and accountability

Each session, one of them leads and the other is the executive challenger, testing assumptions and connecting the topic to what the business actually earns. They swap.

Being straight with you

We have no results to show you yet.

This is the founding run. Anyone can put a testimonial wall on a page, and we would rather tell you exactly what we are going to measure and publish once there is something real to report. Every participant sets a baseline on day one and reports against it monthly.

What we will count · leading

Fully inside the participant's control, and the first honest signal of whether the format works.

  • Actions completed and dated
  • Assets produced and published
  • Evidence submitted and verified
  • Review requests sent
  • Referral conversations initiated

What we will count · outcomes

Slower, noisier, and the only reason any of the above matters.

  • Qualified inquiries against baseline
  • Appointments and quotes sent
  • New customers with a recorded source
  • Time saved and cost reduced
  • Playbooks completed at twelve months

We will not claim that one session produces revenue. Some months a number will not move, and the room will hear that too.

Founding run · no fee through March

Open to all through March.

If you are willing to attend and do the work, apply for the founding run. The eighteen-seat limit begins with the selective, paid program in April.
